This is the color calibration table on Pathfinder.
It's a simple sun-dial with some color spots on it.

NASA said, that they will sent the first sundial to Mars with the Mars 2001 Mission. This is wrong, as you can easily see that there is already a sundial fixed to Pathfinder!
If you are wondering, why this is a sundial, look at this page about the Mars 2001 sundial.

This is the calibration table with a part of an unknown object on it!
One part of the object looks like a metallic foil and the other resembles an organical source.
The image IDs are 66060002 to 66060025 on azimuth 130.63 and 144.46 with elevation -45.86.
You can get the raw data on the IMP-database here.

What is this yellow foam like stuff and this metallic plate on it?

The dark-gray object behind the yellow object is a part of the Pathfinder.

This could be the same creature as the one on the sun-dial. It is crawling onto the airbag.

The red one is the same alien as on the sun-dial above where you see one of its two long claws scratching on the sun-dial.

During 25 hours the object moved about 20cm! Click on the picture to view it in full size.

The same object, moving during only 20 seconds can be seen in this animation.

It seems, that someone has tried to blur the object away!

This one looks like a little JarJar from StarWars - Episode1:

The yellow marked creature on the picture above, was also found by Tim Beech at another location around Pathfinder:

The beaked Chipmunk

This is the same species, only larger:

The image ID 22120028 was given to at least 3 different images and the ID 22120022 is related to 2 different images!

Same ID with object blurred away!

0022120028
Same ID with object shielded away from view!
